The BUG-A-SALT 3.0 is specifically designed to meet the needs of the more serious fly hunter. Those familiar with guns and handling will appreciate custom enhancements such as the cross-bolt safety, trigger redesign, and Patridge sights (the sight is named after famous gunman Patridge).

We must warn, however, that instead of leaving the flies whole for easy disposal, they may be torn apart.

    Can I use something other than salt in Bug-A-Salt?

    NO! The use of other substances will cause problems with your weapon.

    The use of other substances will void the warranty.

    Is the weapon dangerous?

    No, abuse only: do not shoot anyone in the face or eyes.

    Treat it with respect as you would any firearm. It does not penetrate skin or damage furniture.

    What kind of salt do you use?

    Ordinary table salt from your local supermarket.

    Will the salt shred the fly?

    No, the fly stays whole for easy disposal.

    How much salt does the gun shoot?

    A pinch of salt.

    What if my weapon breaks?

    If troubleshooting doesn't help, you're in luck! Lorenzo stands by our product and we take our 1-year warranty policy against factory defects seriously.

    If the gun is more than 1 year old, we will do our best on a case-by-case basis to satisfy our
    customers

    Please do not disassemble your BUG-A-SALT or do anything stupid like put sand in it as this will void our warranty policy.

      This thing is fantastic! Kills bugs dead and only leaves salt behind.Crazy accurate and gives you instructions on how best to nail flies.One of my very favorite guns!

    Bug A Salt Black Fly

    SO i bought 2.0 for my father in law, who had a tone of spiders.a year later, none returned.so i bought this one, because i get a lot of june bugs, and such.I bought this gun, the salt they suggest, and the laser sight.and oh man, this doesn't disappoint.I shot a leave, and not only did it blast a hole through it, it turned black as night with death.So finally it was warm enough, and as I sipped my sweet tea, late in the evening on the porch I heard a familiar buzz.The buzz of a giant flying monster, that has plaqued my porch for years.my stomach curled, but as darkness surrounded me, a glimmer of a flickering light peaked through.it was the laser point on the barrel of the gun i call Excalibur!!!!!!!!.I aimed at the massive mass of dark hummingness and I pulled thy trigger.and before i could blink my eye, that june bugg went flying, i shot 3 more.bam,.bambamtheir bodies laid slain on the dark shade only grass.and for the first time, in a while, for a long time.close.in ever.i felt safe.my family then joined me on the porch, and we sat laughing and enjoying each others company.thank you courage, thank you god, but most of all thank you BUG-A-Salt 3.there was fire, then the light bulb, and now we have the next big break through.that will change man forever.BUG A SALT 3.0

    Ingenious tool
