Right of withdrawal According to EU regulations, customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. In order to exercise this right, the customer must inform the seller in writing (e.g. by letter or email) within the period of 14 days. Refusing delivery or returning an item without declaration is not sufficient.

The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Please ensure items are securely packaged and returned using a trackable shipping method. Keep proof of postage as we cannot be held responsible for packages lost in transit.

Refund Amount The customer is entitled to a full refund of the amount paid, including the original shipping cost, unless the customer chose a more expensive shipping method. If all parts of an order are not returned, the seller will refund the customer a prorated amount of the original shipping cost.

Return procedure The customer must return the order within 14 days of notifying the seller of his decision to withdraw. It is the customer's responsibility to verify the correct return address, to verify that the seller provides a return label, and to pack the items securely. We recommend taking photos of the items before returning them for documentation purposes.
