MOBILE MESSAGE SERVICE TERMS OF USE (Mobile Message Service Terms and Conditions)

The BUG-A-SALT Mobile Message Service (the "Service") is operated by Macvad Europa GmbH ("Macvad Europa GmbH", "we" or "us"). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these Terms of Service ("Mobile Terms"). We may change or terminate the Service or its features at any time without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may change these Mobile Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service after such changes have become effective will constitute your acceptance of such changes.

By agreeing to Macvad Europa GmbH's SMS/text messaging service, you consent to receiving recurring SMS/text messaging with service-related messages, including updates, alerts and information (e.g. B, order updates, account alerts, etc.) as well as promotions, specials and other marketing offers (eg. B, Shopping Cart Reminders) from and on behalf of Macvad Europa GmbH via text messages through your wireless service provider to the mobile number you have provided, even if your mobile number is registered on a state or federal do-not-call list. You understand that you are not required to subscribe to this program in order to make purchases and that your consent is not a condition of purchasing from Macvad Europa GmbH. Your participation in this program is entirely voluntary.

We do not charge for the service, but you are responsible for all text messaging-related fees and charges imposed by your wireless service provider. Message frequency varies. Your wireless service provider's standard messaging and data plans may apply. Check your cell service plan and contact your cell service provider for details. You are solely responsible for all costs associated with SMS/text messaging, including charges from your mobile operator.

You can unsubscribe from the service at any time. Click the unsubscribe link in a text message to unsubscribe. You will receive a one-time confirmation SMS to unsubscribe. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device unless you initiate it. If you have subscribed to other Macvad Europa GmbH mobile messaging programs and wish to unsubscribe from them, unless otherwise required by applicable law, you must unsubscribe from those programs separately by following the instructions in the applicable mobile terms of service. We may change the short code or phone number we use to provide the Service at any time and will notify you of such changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including STOP or HELP requests, sent by you to a changed short code or phone number may not be received and we will not be responsible for complying with any requests made in such messages.

The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not responsible for late or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid cell phone number. If you get a new cell phone number, you will need to enroll in the program with your new number.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree that we will not be held responsible for failed, late or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, errors in such information and/or actions you may or may not take as a result of the information or the Service. will be liable.
